1. Returns
Eligibility:
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Certain items such as personalized products and intimate apparel are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
How to Return:
Please contact our customer service team at support@samvie.com within the return period to initiate your return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address and instructions.
The return shipping cost is your responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged.
2. Refunds
Processing Time:
After we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Conditions:
We will refund the full amount of the product minus the shipping costs, unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
3. Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@samvie.com with a photo of the damaged product. We will cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a full refund or replacement, based on your preference.
5. Late Returns
Items returned after the 14-day return period will not be accepted.
